Meet the CSM Team: Victor Dos Santos

Meet Victor Dos Santos our Business Development and Sales Manager for the Europe Africa region. Victor joined the Weidmann group in 1993, working in a range of production and technical roles. In 2021, Victor helped to establish the Cellulose Sustainable Materials (CSM) division of Weidmann.

In his Business Development and Sales position and benefiting from his vast experience in paper and board manufacturing, Victor plays a vital role in continuing to grow the CSM business. From specialist Interleaving Paper for engineered stone production, to Calender Bowl for cotton calender rolls used in the paper making industry, Victor is helping to identify new market opportunities and attract new clients for Weidmann CSM’s sustainable cellulose fiber-based products.

Our flexible approach to manufacturing, coupled with our in-house Research and Development Department, means that we are open to developing new opportunities and applications for our fiber-based paper and board.
